Just about to finish my current work about vegan chefs in Berlin. Gave me new perspectives what it’s about to be vegan/vegetarian and a whole new idea what it is about to feed people, about eating the energy of the earth and how about everything we eat becomes a part of us. Soon we’ll be seeing more of some great vegan chefs living and working in Berlin, together with their thoughts and ideas about food and life.
